Rose (Steam) 38°C Te sweet scent of roses surrounds you in this wonderful fragrant steam, where heated wall tiles embedded with rose petals gently release the rose-infused aromas that create a romantic ambiance that lifts spirits and balances moods.


Crystal (Steam) 42°C Walking into this softly-lit crystal steam sauna, the atmosphere is at once alluring and mystical. Swarovski crystal elements create an effect of infinite time and space as the aromatics of eucalyptus energize and uplift.


Panorama (Sauna) 80°C Inside, colour and light take a new form, as windows look out to panoramic views of the green forested hills that plunge into deep blue Lake Okanagan. Moderate temperatures assist the body in releasing tension and stimulating the glandular system while higher temperatures stimulate the body’s circulatory system.


Salt (Steam) 40°C Enhance your concentration capacity, slow aging, and smooth wrinkles in this serene salt cavern. A slow drizzle of brine-infused water droplets fill the air, simulating a natural salt cave micro-climate that is absolutely pure. Te high content of sodium chloride cleanses and significantly reduces stress while promoting slow, deep breathing.


Herbal (Sauna) 60°C Traditional beams of rustic wood imported from Europe combined with the woodsy aromatics of pine to create a sensation of being in the great outdoors. Te humidity and heat promotes the cleansing of lungs and provides a moisture surge for the skin.


Finnish-Classic (Sauna) 90°C Tis Finnish-classic sauna, with gently polished wood on walls and benches, is true to the European spa tradition. With the temperature between 80°–110°C and low 10% humidity, it is ideal for cleansing the skin and lungs.


Aqua Meditation 30°C A gentle stream of water falling from the ceiling, softly, like a spring rain, pools into a large Swarovski crystal basin. Te subdued light highlights the soothing gray/purple leather-like seating as calming music and orange essence create a restful environment for you to escape to a blissful state.


Igloo 10°C Crackling ice sounds fill the air while the invigorating scent of peppermint and eucalyptus awaken the senses. A fountain dispenser releases crushed ice into a large crystal-embedded bowl, inviting you to rub this exhilarating matter onto your skin to stimulate circulation and revitalize your spirit.


As part of Sparkling Hill’s whole body wellness approach, the resort also provides a diverse list of health and beauty treatments including massage therapy, fitness programs, and an assortment of rejuvenating skin and body treatments.


Overnight guests will experience the height of relaxation with amazing lake and valley views, a crystal glass fireplace, two person tub, walk- through shower, ultra-comfy queen and king beds, private bar, and natural ventilation with fully open sliding window wall all within the comforts of their own suite.
