Carousel Playhouse Theatre, Whitstable – March 31 – April 2 The University of Kent Musical Theatre Society presents the classic Rodgers and Hammerstein’s musical. Following the success of last year’s Fiddler of the Roof, the society brings you Carousel, a complex love story about one man’s struggle to get into heaven. Including some of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s most popular songs: ‘If I Loved You’, ‘June is Bustin’ Out All Over’ and ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’, Carousel is known as their favourite collaboration.

Town Mayor’s St George’s Day Gala Stag Community Arts Centre, Sevenoaks – April 23 A traditional variety show will combine the talents of local amateurs and celebrity performers. Heading the line-up is comedian Terry Alderton, fresh from


BBC TV's Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow and himself a supporter of The Stag. He will be joined on stage by a host of talented stars from the length and breadth of Kent including The Stag's best-loved pantomime villain, Graham Cole, who will preside over this feast of entertainment as master of ceremony. your patriotic support for St George and help the Mayor raise funds for his chosen charities, Sevenoaks Area Youth Trust and The Stag Charity.
