North Asheville Christian
School in Woodfin recently held their homecoming event. The North Asheville Chris-
tian School varsity boys’ team defeated Blue Ridge Christian Academy 52-50 in overtime. The varsity girls’ and middle-school boys’ teams also won their home- coming games. Senior Thomas Royal was
named Homecoming King and senior Erin Crabtree was crowned Homecoming Queen. The other seniors making up the home- coming court were Will Guge, Clarissa Roberts, Savannah Led- ford, Perry Kendall and Kristina Dykes.

the North Buncombe Youth Athletic Association softball season can do so between noon and 2 pm on Saturday (Feb. 12) as well as Feb. 19 at the North Buncombe High School field house. Te league is open to ages 5-16 and cost is $80 per player.
