Regular exercise (movement) creates more lean muscle mass and—if done correctly—reduces excess and un- wanted bodyfat. Lean muscle mass allows for efficient circulation of nutrient-dense blood and optimal function of your metabolism and metabolic pathways. These expel unnecessary bodyfat, toxins and waste build-up from cellular oxidation, etc.

Catecholamines block vital mediators like insulin throughout the body; insulin is the prime mediator of nutritional assimilation—directly related to muscle growth, reproduction and recovery (sex hormone or corticoid release).

Cholesterol is our body’s natural healing substance for cellular damage. It gives cells their necessary stiffness and stability. Without it, cells become weak and easily attacked by free radicals. This is one reason why subscribing to a diet that is low or completely abstinant from animal fats is very dangerous and can lead to many health ailments including leaky gut syndrome. All soy products—no matter what quality—will block all sex hormone receptors and replace them with plant estrogen. This leads to changes in sex character traits (both mental and physical), to thyroid disease and endocrine destruction.

lians. Thinking about a stressful scenario creates the same response biochemically as being in that scenario in realtime. My overall advice to increase your sex hormone production and have a healthy body is to RELAX. Enjoy your life and think positively. Do not focus on the negative or what you think you are lacking. Breathe deeply, exercise regularly and moder- ately. Eat only the highest-quality food available to you and drink the cleanest, most mineral-dense water.
