Open Letter to the LGBT Community December 1, 2010
20 years. You have made a world of difference to men, women and children living with AIDS or cancer by your presence, support and participation in providing nutritious food. In doing so, you sent a message of hope and affirmation to these hundreds of hunger- vulnerable people.

Mama’s Kitchen enters 2011 knowing that great changes are in the making. With the ending of the lease on the facility that has been home to Mama’s Kitchen since 1994, we have begun the process of securing a new home that will serve our community for at least another 20 years.
Your continued support – be it time, talent or treasure – provides the flow of life and the expression of love that is Mama’s Kitchen. I invite you to continue your involvement by making a financial contribution, volunteering to help prepare, package or deliver meals, help at our food pantry, food drives or special events and by bringing others with you. Become a part of the next twenty years. Join the next generation of messengers of hope and love.
