his month, Te OLP celebrates! It’s one year this month since we started our membership drive and I am happy to report that The OLP has over 700 members and growing daily. That being said, it is


not a coincidence that our first year anniversary coincides with the launch of very important educa- tional tools for the legal community. To give you an idea as to what our Board of Directors, Board


of Governors, Advisory Council and members have accomplished, here’s just the short list: •


The development and coordination of a very prestigious Board of Governors and Advisory Council comprised of high-profile, top legal icons.


The first is eDiscovery Certification Exam is in the pilot program phase and will launch in February 2010.


The development of eDiscovery@Work: Three 8 week eDiscovery online, interac tive courses together with The OLP’s corporate partner, The Center for Advanced Legal Studies.


The development of LitSupport@Work©: Three 8 week Litigation Support online, interactive courses.


The OLP’s Thought Leaders Guide to eDiscovery: An eBook and softcover book from the leaders in the industry.


The OLP’s How to Land a Great Litigation Support Job: An OLP Quick Guide in eBook and soft cover format.


The first Litigation Support Certification Exam went into development and will launch in Spring 2011. The development of the first Trial Technician Certification Exam is launching late Spring.


Formation of The C-Level Team: A team of top CEO’s of legal service providers to advise and counsel The Board of Governors, Advisory Council and members of the latest technology and developments in the legal field.


Two Meet ‘N Greets: At LegalTech West in Los Angeles in June and at the Annual ILTA Conference in Las Vegas in August. Members, Board of Governors, Advisory Council, Board of Directors and C-Level Team members met to discuss and move OLP forward.
