We work to create a safe and healthy community in the wake of crime. Through assisting victims in their healing, and holding offenders constructively accountable to repair the harm they caused, we make Charlottesville and Albemarle a safer, more respectful, and connected place to live.

We work primarily with juvenile offenders, their victims, and affected community members. Our program produces low re- offense rates for offenders and high levels of victim satisfaction. Please visit us to learn more.
