Mountaintop Montessori students are global citizens. From preschool through adolescence, our students think critically, act thoughtfully, and seize their responsibilities toward people and the planet with joy. Mountaintop is a sanctuary where children learn at a natural pace, cultivating plants and animals across the 9-acre campus on Pantops and discovering the interdependency of every living thing. Through partnerships with other local nonprofi ts, students make a difference in their community and their world and acquire a habit of service. Mountaintop is accredited by AMS and VAIS.

Mission: Music for HOPE wants to insure that all children have access to music programs regardless of social or economic status. Involvement with music from an early age positively impacts youth with lasting social, academic, and confi dence boosting effects. Research consistently shows that playing music can signifi cantly improve a child’s learning, memory, and social abilities. We collect musical instruments from the community, refurbish them as needed and distribute them youth who would otherwise not have access to instruments or music programs. Donations of instruments or funds for repairs are always needed. For more information please visit our website at www.musicforhope.org
