New classes, new location for Joyful Noise
Joyful Noise Community Music
and Arts Center is announcing new class offerings for fall 2010 and a new location in South Asheville. Group classes for children and adults start in September with beginning guitar, be- ginning songwriting, percussion, Ap- palachian jamming, Kindermusik, vi- sual arts, drama, and chamber music. Joyful Noise is also accepting students for private lessons on violin, viola, cello, fiddle, piano, guitar, dobro, pedal steel, percussion, and voice. Joyful Noise is based at the First
Presbyterian Church in Weaverville with satellite locations in Marshall and Asheville. Joyful Noise also can arrange special group classes for homeschoolers and other groups, many of which can occur at your regular meeting places. Joyful Noise will have an open house
from 6 pm to 8 pm on Sept. 20 at First Presbyterian Church in Weaverville. For more information and a full class schedule, go to
