The AAC conference in Hot Springs drew media attention as the first event of the campaign cycle to have Congressman Boozman and Sen. Lincoln – both candidates for Sen. Lincoln’s seat in November – to share a stage. Both have demonstrated their support of county gov- ernment. They shared their viewpoints on several topics of particular interest to county government.
Guest speakers included Attorney General Dustin McDaniel and Gov. Mike Beebe.
