The LGBT Community Center Celebrates 37th Anniversary
On Saturday, October 23 our very own LGBT Center will proudly mark 37
years as an outstanding source of compassion, resources, health services, programs and community involvement for all LGBT people and their allies. This gala event takes place at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront located at One Park Boulevard in Downtown San Diego. All the festivities begin at 6:00 P.M. with a cocktail hour and silent auction…wear black tie or styling cocktail at- tire. Then at 7:00 P.M., a fabulous dinner is served followed by dancing with music provided by Haute Chile and and an award ceremony honoring leaders in the community who have contributed with lasting good impressions in San Diego. A Harvey Milk Foundation October Fundraiser Presented by Mister San Diego Rodeo 2010, Lee Hollow-Wood, Emperor
Brian Johnson of The Imperial Court and Mr. San Diego Leather 2010 Anthony Rollar, the benefit will raise much-needed funding for the organization while celebrating the company of our community. The benefit will take place at our LGBT Center on Sunday, October 17 with doors opening at 5:00 P.M., with a show beginning at 6:00 P.M. Along with the performances, a silent auction, appetizers and a no-host bar will be available. There is a $15 suggested dona- tion at the door. Fifth Annual Harvest Howl at Top of the Park The Center’s Youth Project will reap the benefits of attending Metro Area
Real Estate Professionals for Young Adult Housing (MARYAH) Harvest Howl on Thursday night from 6:00 P.M.-9:00 P.M. on October 28. This is the fifth year of the event and with fabulous food, a beautiful view of San Diego and good company, you are definitely in for a relaxing time raising money for a deserving organization. GSDBA North Park Fall Mixer Head to the West Coast Tavern to meet and mingle with members of the
Greater San Diego Business Association on Tuesday night, October 19. The mixer runs from 5:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M.
