A DAY IN PARADISE 3 There’s something entirely whole- some about piano bars in general. But when they pair with charitable orga- nizations like The AIDS Food Store of Long Beach (A.F.S.L.B.), they take on a whole new definition. On Sat- urday, October 2, something special is definitely going on all day as “A Day in Paradise 3—An Affair of the Heart” reaches full swing. Join the internationally renowned Robert York Trio on the old ivories and guest hostess Mrs. Olson— Long Beach Imperial Court’s 39th Empress on a fabulous day of charity. A pancake breakfast will be served from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at $8 per person. Then guests can make reservations to enjoy an elegant dinner from 5:00 p.m. to midnight. Twenty percent of the night’s proceeds will benefit A.F.S.L.B.
