Her educational background in hotel manage- ment made it possible for her to understand, appreciate, and address the unique needs of the hospitality industry. Her most recent project is the “Fusion Spa Bed Linen Collection,” which blends organic Bergama cot- ton and bamboo. Ms. Guniz’s most favorite downtime activity is playing the role of “pastry chef” while baking for her family and friends.
