Waring joined Six Senses Spas as Deputy Managing Director in 2005, after working with David Lloyd Leisure – a division of Whit- bread PLC, Europe’s largest leisure company - where he held the role of Regional Manager, overseeing several Health and Racquet clubs in the South of England. Prior to that role, his passion for health and fitness was fulfilled when he joined Holmes Place PLC, where he was Group Manager for ten years. Waring began his business career in London’s financial district as a money broker trading currencies on the international markets.
