with this dangerous product? Profit, pure and simple. It is a dirt-cheap commodity and is almost entirely owned by the number one and two food manufactures in America. These conglomerates have more than enough money to buy science, doctors and all the governmental lobbies in their favor to continue to poison us and make more money.

How to avoid this? Another simple answer; buy meats, vegetables and

fruits (actual food) and limit buying processed stuff in a box or carton. Try to buy the highest quality foods you can afford and local whenever possible, READ THE LABELS.

inhibitors to disrupt the gastrointestinal tract of their potential enemies, phytoestrogens are used to destroy their enemies’ reproductive systems, ensuring that they will not be able to reproduce. This is a truly genius defense. Phytoestrogens do their damage in two ways. First, the plant estrogen binds to animal or human estro- gen receptors not allowing for true estrogen and other hormones to work; second, they disrupt the production of true estrogen. Scientists have known since the 1940s that phytoestrogens are powerful endocrine disruptors that inhibit mammalian reproduction. The phytoestro- gen-formononetin, biochanin A, and genistein cause endometrial damage and cervical mucus changes as- sociated with an inability to conceive. ( Lierre Keith, The Vegetarian Myth). In the 1970s the WHO (World Health Organization) spent $5 million to investigate potential “natural” forms of contraception that were safer than the pill. Researchers traveled the world gathering data from indigenous cultures and hundreds of plants species including soy, flax and red clover, but the project ended unsuccessfully—not because natural methods did not work but because the side effects were similar to, and just as serious as, the birth control pill. (Kaayla Daniel, The Whole Soy Story). The modern use of soy as a food by humans has been so

destructive to the newborn population that researchers have had to come up with new terminologies to describe the array of birth defects, the increased susceptibility to hormonal diseases and the altered behavioral patterns that occur in estrogenized boys and girls: Developmen- tal Dysgenesis Syndrome. Another new birth defect Hypospadias is when the urethra of a male is grown on the underside of the penis instead of the tip. Boys of hypospadias often have undescended testicles and inguinal hernias. Think this is new and unheard of? Think again; this is now becoming an epidemic in America and Europe where soy foods are consumed.

So what food is soy in? Almost all food; especially commercial and processed

foods. It is estimated that about 70 to 80 percent of all commercial, natural and organic foods being sold in America have soy or soy components in them. Just check the labels next time you are in the grocery store and health foods store. That’s right, all those protein shakes and protein bars that are claiming to give you the best nutrition are actually giving you the cheapest, most dan- gerous crap that is the exact opposite of health. All you are paying for is their fancy, expensive advertising. This brings us to why. Why is our food supply being saturated
