During the week of May 2-7 the Town of Woodfin will conduct its annual Spring Clean Up. Here is your chance to pull, push or tug all that
accumulated junk to the curb and have it removed free of charge. While the Town is legally unable to collect certain items, most household garbage and large items can be collected without charge during the Spring Clean Up.
Items that can be picked up: • Household garbage
• Metal, car parts and “white goods” • Brush and leaves
• Car batteries and small piles of lumber can be picked up during the Spring Clean Up only! Items that cannot be picked up:
Building materials, asbestos, shingles, pallets, large piles of lumber, brick, rock, propane tanks, oil barrels, paint, hazardous materials, and or tires.
If you have a question about an item, please call 253-4887 before taking it to the curb.
