Music Festival will fea- ture clarinetist Alexan- der Fiterstein who The New York Times says, “plays with beautiful liq- uid clarity” performing Mozart’s Clarinet Con- certo. Concerts will be held Thursday, July 29 and Friday, July 30 at the Hanaway Theatre at the Silver Center for the Arts, PSU, Plymouth, New Hampshire. Conducted by William Eddins, in- ternational guest con- ductor, the program will also include Beethoven’s Symphony No. 4 and Ib- ert’s Diverstissement. A first-prize winner of


the Carl Nielsen Interna- tional Clarinet Competi- tion and the Young Con- cert Artists Internation- al Auditions (YCA), Mr. Fiterstein has appeared at the National Gallery of Art, the Kennedy Center, 92nd Street Y, Carnegie’s Weill Hall, Gardner Mu- seum in Boston, the Lou- vre, and Suntory Hall in Tokyo.
