Teign Heritage

The building work of the new annexe at present forces closure of the museum for this year. All our precious artefacts have been removed from the site to safe and secure storage, which was no mean task! However, we are continuing with some of our

activities. We have temporary office space in the town where we continue our popular research service, which deals with more than 400 enquiries every year. The education service is carrying on by visiting local schools where possible. We really would like to take every opportunity to keep up our community activities whether through displays, workshops, talks or fundraising. We would like to thank all who have supported us in this exciting new chapter in the museum’s history, and hope that we can count on your future goodwill.
