Always up for a good celebration in the name of a great cause, Mama’s Kitchen offers

the community an incredible night to feel good about giving. Friday, May 7 brings us this year’s Mama’s Day Celebration. Emceeing will be former NBC 7/39 anchor and cur- rent President/CEO of Vic Salazar Communications Vic Salazar. A special appearance will be made by local celebrity chef Sam Zien, a.k.a. Sam the Cooking Guy. The beautiful Hyatt Regency La Jolla Aventine is the venue for this year’s sumptuous

evening. General Admission is $125 in advance, $150 at the door. Enjoy the signature dishes of approximately 70 of San Diego’s top chefs! General Admission ticket includes access to all restaurant tastings and a no-host bar. Premium VIP ticketholders enjoy a pre-event reception starting at 5:30 p.m. that includes general admission perks plus entrance to the exclusive VIP area to mingle with event sponsors and Sam The Cooking Guy. VIP tickets include complimentary hors d’oeuvres, beer, wine, vodka cocktails and refreshments throughout the evening—and that good feeling you get from making an extra donation to Mama’s Kitchen!
