Over the years, Gray Plant Mooty has consistently earned recognition for the quality of its business and workplace practices— and 2009 was no exception. The firm was the recipient of the Minnesota Keystone Honored Company Award in the medium- size company category. Gray Plant Mooty was honored for its exceptional community-giving programs, in which a designated percentage of the firm’s pre-tax earnings and 3 percent of collective billable hours are donated to local charities.

But the awards didn’t stop there. For the second consecutive year, Working Mother magazine named Gray Plant Mooty one of the nation’s 50 “Best Law Firms for Women.” The firm also was named one of Minnesota’s “Best Places to Work” for the seventh consecutive time by theMinneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. No other Minnesota law firm can claim such a milestone. Finally, Gray Plant Mooty earned a “Working Family Support Award” from the Working Family Resource Center, a nonprofit organization providing work-life education resources to Minnesota companies.
