Bad teeth are nothing to smile about.
Dental cavities are a common problem for
most children and youth. Untreated tooth
decay can negatively affect the overall
quality of their lives.
In a difficult economy many children
are left without dental services and treat-
ment. To help address the growing need
two dentists, Dr Wilmer Yabar and Dr.
Silvia Flores have teamed up to provide
service for children and youth.

Happy Smiles Mobile Dental Clinic has
been providing free dental care and edu-
cation for low – income and uninsured chil-
dren (between ages 1 and 17) who live
in Riverside County.
HSMDC will be providing FREE dental
service in Temecula Wine Country begin-
ning in March every Monday from 9 AM-
