Displaying the Page Approval tab
You can quickly access the Page Approval tab from the My Products Overview tab, which is
automatically displayed after you have logged on to :Portal. If a different tab is displayed, proceed
as follows to display the My Product Overview tab:
1. Click the Products menu on the menu bar. The “My Products Overview” tab appears. It contains
a list of Products for your company and the Parts in these Products assigned to you.
Page Status
2. Click the Approval link of the appropriate Product and Part. The Part’s Page Approval tab
is displayed. The tab contains all pages in the Part. It can be displayed in different view modes
and offers quick access to tabs where you can view page information in more detail.
The list contains the following approval information:
approval icon: this icon offers direct access to the :Portal approval functionality.
Page status: the coloured numbers indicate the current state of pages in the Parts.
