Proofs
There are three types of proofs which you can access from the system. All of which display a
rendered proof.
Preview:
By clicking on the thumbnail you can view a large preview of the page within the web browser.
Viewing Mode
This can be
changed to suit
your preference
Place a tick in the box
to enable softproof
SoftProof:
To view a Soft-proof, place a tick in the checkbox
under the page thumbnail. Once this is done, the
Download fi les icon will become available.
Click on this and you will get the option to either
open or save the PDF.
The Softproof provides you with a rule which
dictates the trim of the page. This is ideal for
checking whether the page has enough bleed
(see image on right).
