Approving/Rejecting Pages
If you are happy with the Softproof and want to approve a page, place a tick in the checkbox underneath
the thumbnail and then click on the Approval icon. Once a page is approved it is ready for S&G to
output to plate. If you make a mistake or approve a page which you then want to replace, you MUST
contact us. We need to reject the page to enable you to re-upload.
Rejecting a page is similar, apart from you click on the thumbs down, reject icon.
Once a page is rejected you are prompted for confirmation. Here, you can also provide an explanation
for why the page is being rejected if you would like.
