Getting started with :Portal
When your :Portal User Profile is created by S&G, you receive an e-mail message including a hyperlink
and the username and password assigned to you. Your username is the name that is assigned to you as
a :Portal user. Your password is your personal code that is used to authenticate your user name.
We have two seperate User Interfaces (U.I) for the system: The standard url and also our ‘PageMaster’
version which is a lot more user-friendly. PageMaster is linked directly to your job within Portal so any
approval or rejections made within this U.I. will update automatically in the main U.I. Please see the back
of this guide for details on how to log on and use PageMaster.
Accessing :Portal
The hyperlink in the :Portal e-mail is a short-cut to the :Portal website

Click the hyperlink in the e-mail to launch the web browser and access the :Portal website.
The :Portal logon screen is displayed in the browser window. The username/password details are
case sensitive.
NOTE: You must set any Firewall to accept Cookies and to have Java enabled
