HIB reveals brand new identity

HiB is preparing for a new era of even greater success with the reveal of a new brand identity and strap line – making bathrooms beautiful. The major rebrand follows an intensive research and development process for the leading bathroom company under the remit of transforming the brand in line with the businesses’ future vision. To begin with, HiB not only recruited a specialist brand agency but talked to customers and staff via one- to-ones and mystery shoppers to find out exactly what the business meant to them.

Robert Ginsberg, managing director at HiB said; “Since its inception, the business has grown at unprecedented rate - evolving to not only become one of the biggest names in the bathroom industry but a business which is synonymous for pushing boundaries in bathroom innovation. However, we wanted to do even better and therefore as we approached our 25th anniversary, we thought it was an opportune time to assess where we were and look to the future.

Bond It backs air ambulance bike ride

Bond It recently sponsored a group of fundraisers to cycle 200 miles, from Thurstonland in West Yorkshire to Scarborough, North Yorkshire and back in aid of Martin Hanks - a 34-year-old tree surgeon from Thurstonland who was tragically killed in an accident at work in April 2015. Its purpose was to raise money both for a trust fund for Martin’s two young children, aged four and one, and for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance which attended the scene of Martin’s accident within minutes. The event was dubbed the Coast to Roast due to the cyclists being joined at the finishing point – Martin’s local, the Rose and Crown pub in Thurstonland – by their family and friends for a traditional Yorkshire roast dinner to celebrate their achievement and Martin’s life. In total, 35 people took part, successfully raising almost £20,000. Bond It was one of a number of local businesses to make donations.
