Neilson creates web book for Andriake Beachclub

Activity specialist Neilson has produced an electronic brochure about its Andriake Beachclub in Turkey.
The decision to flag up the
property in Demre, Turkey, in this way – the first time Neilson has produced a programme dedicated to one property – has been made despite fears about sales for the destination this summer. Chief executive Richard
Bowden-Doyle admitted Greece was currently outselling Turkey for Neilson but said the balance could fall in favour of the eastern Mediterranean when Spain accommodation reaches capacity. “The whole thing has a long way
to play out and I don’t think it’s ‘game over’ for Turkey,” he added. The operator has introduced
flight options to the Andriake Beachclub out of Edinburgh and Exeter for summer 2016, in addition to its existing Heathrow and Birmingham departures. The e-brochure, called a Look
Book, features information on the property’s facilities, including its Olympic-sized pool, spa, Turkish hammam, eight tennis courts, sports bar and health club offering

African Pride unveils range of small-group escorted itineraries
African Pride has created a range of escorted small-group tours following demand from the trade. The new tours – four depart
this year and more are planned for 2017 – have a maximum of eight holidaymakers on each and are led by a member of the African specialist’s own reservations team. General manager Liz Hall said:
“We’ve seen an increase in requests from agents for us to operate fully escorted small-group tours for their clients who wish to travel to Africa with us but not independently.” The operator said it was happy
