HQ. The Season of Norwegian is in full swing and in fact we’ve just finished our tour of the UK on board Norwegian Star! We gave some of our lucky trade partners a unique opportunity to bring their customers on board in an evolution of our ‘Try Before You Buy’ initiative. The recently refurbished ship visited Portland, Cork, Dublin, Belfast, Inverness, Edinburgh, Dover and Southampton, showing off new public areas such as The 5 O’Clock Somewhere Bar. Norwegian Epic is the next ship in the Season of Norwegian spotlight when it plays host to visitors in a Southampton ship visit on October 19. This visit is extra-special as it is its first port of call following a stint in drydock. Following a quick facelift, Norwegian Epic now boasts revamped entertainment starring, Burn The Floor, Priscilla Queen of the Desert and the newly installed Cavern Club featuring a Fab Four tribute act. And then it’s on to the big one –
DOVER Oct 6: Norwegian Star
October 28 is the date of the ship launch of the year when Norwegian Escape sails into Southampton for a one-night ‘cruise to nowhere’. The ship will play host to thousands of agents and their customers, who will get the full Freestyle Cruising treatment with dining choices including Food Republic by The Pubbelly Boys complete with iPad order points. Entertainment gets bigger and better with the next step in Freestyle Cruising featuring the smash hit show Million Dollar Quartet, which tells the story of the most incredible jam session in history.
