WINNING AGENT
DIRECTOR IMOGEN EDWARDS
‘ VERDICT
The winning agent offered eight recommendations and was eager to help find the best resort for first-time skiers.
I always skied as a child and it’s one
of my passions. We started the company in 2001 and have a 75% repeat client rate. We
specialise in ski and we find the right recommendations for our clients based on the knowledge of our staff.

This website had lots of information, but as a first-timer I found it wasn’t overly useful as I’m not that familiar with ski terminology. The phone number was
easy to spot and my call was answered quickly. The agent who assisted me was courteous and informative, and
answered all my questions. We spoke for some time and within a couple of hours I had received an email with eight quotes, including £3,892 for Chalet Le Blanchot in Courchevel, although
four were overbudget. The agent was knowledgeable, but I would have liked more information on what a first-timer
could expect. I would have booked with her based on an impressive service.

It was easy to find the phone number on this professional-looking website, and my call was answered quickly. The agent, who was efficient without being overly friendly or enthusiastic, had good knowledge and offered to come back to me with a
quote. I soon received an email detailing three options – two in Morzine and one in Courchevel – all of which were under budget. The information also highlighted why the resorts were ideal for beginners.

This website was great – clear, well laid out and crammed full of information. My call was answered quickly by a pleasant agent. I was asked lots of
questions, so the agent could ascertain my needs, but the agent didn’t
recommend anything on the phone. I was told I would receive an email later that day with options, but I never
received anything. I felt that my enquiry wasn’t taken seriously.
