A New Age of Inductive Sensors

innovative technology which will revolutionize the entire product segment.

W The new sensors are

distinguished by up to three times the switching distance specified in the standard and installation directly next to each other thanks to weproTec, as well as reliable ASIC technology and error output. The new product range isn’t just racking up high scores where performance is concerned, but rather in the area of intelligent networking as well: thanks to the IO-Link interface, selected sensors can be easily integrated into networks and are thus ready for demanding Industrie 4.0 applications.

nterroll will present its NEW modular conveyor platform, which will help its customers to quickly plan and easily assemble modern material flow systems. It is truly a plug-and-play solution, smart, versatile and offers energy efficiency, with low operating and maintenance costs. With the FREE AutoCAD plug-in software tool - “Interroll Layouter,” modules can simply and quickly be combined to provide an integrated customer material flow layout.

Interroll will

also exhibit details of its comprehensive range of integrated drive solutions such as drum motors for belt conveyors, its powered RollerDrive and non-powered rollers for conveyor. The 24 V DC Interroll RollerDrive EC310 offers a safe, hygienic drive solution for custom built processing/ packaging machinery and versatile conveyors, using up to 30% less energy and recycles brake energy. Its simple control technology with perfectly coordinated functions enables EC310 to be integrated seamlessly into new or existing logistics systems.

New 4-20mA DC clamp meter F

luke has introduced a Current Clamp Meter measuring 4-20mA DC that wirelessly relays measurements to other Fluke Connect™ enabled master units or the Fluke Connect mobile App. The Fluke a3004 FC Wireless DC Clamp Meter is a fully functional current clamp meter which measures 4mA to 20mA signals without “breaking the loop”. It is ideal for use by process control technicians and for industrial technicians maintaining PLCs and controls, as well as in automotive and HVAC applications. The Fluke a3004 FC Wireless 4-20mA DC Clamp Meter features a detachable clamp with extension cable for measurements in tight locations and can be used as a standalone meter or as part of a system. A logging function enables the recording and saving of up to 65,000 measurements. It is suitable for measurement of 4-20mA control loops, 4-20mA signal measurements, testing analog input/output signals and other low level DC current measurements.

onveyor Systems Limited (CSL) will exhibit a range of conveyors and innovative vertical transport systems that can easily be

integrated to provide efficient handling solutions. A first, the robust Prorunner Mk1 vertical product elevator is compact in design with a minimal footprint and is available in multiple configurations to suit the application. The silent moving lift has low maintenance requirements and can elevate various products weighing up to 100kg, with up to 650 movements per hour. CSL’s energy efficient, space saving spiral elevators/ lowerators provide smooth continuous flow and high throughput of product with the capability to handle various sizes/ types of products simultaneously. Also featured will be the new energy efficient 24V non-contact accumulation conveyor (Zero Line Pressure/ZLP), which is ideal for transporting fragile, high value or irregular shaped products, providing smooth transfer and accumulation without the products touching.

Think IO-Link for efficient manufacturing processes W

throughout the production line can cause major issues with downtime. Balluff will be showcasing how I-O Link can change all that on stand F50 at PPMA 2015. IO-Link is quickly becoming a critical element of the manufacturing environment and forming a strong backbone for industrial networks. As a founding member of the IO-Link consortium and the market leader in Distributed Modular I/O utilising IO-Link, Balluff offers the most devices available in the market encompassing I/O and connectivity solutions.

Find

out more about how I-O Link can be easily integrated in existing systems to help reduce maintenance costs, achieve optimum efficiency and productivity while reducing downtime, gone are the days of a single faulty device causing mass facility shutdowns. Visit Stand F50 at the PPMA exhibition to find out more about the Balluff range of products.
