Kutchenhaus Ltd. was established in 2004 as a kitchen retailer. It is a subsidiary of the worlds largest kitchen manufacturer nobilia-Werke J. Stickling GmbH & Co. KG.
Kutchenhaus Ltd. runs three flagship stores in Manchester, York and Sutton Coldfield with it’s first Franchise store now open in Brentwood, Essex. The three stores have ridden the recession and come out stronger and more dynamic, able to adjust to all of today’s varying market requirements. Both the Head Office and distribution centre are located in Manchester with experience and skills in nationwide supply.

The franchisee will get the usage rights of the exclusive brand name Kutchenhaus. Thus, they will be integrated into the corporate identity of the firm, which includes the exclusive rights to supply fitted kitchens manufactured under the prestigious Kutchenhaus brand.

The optimised in-store concept will be adopted by the franchisee. The franchisee will get the franchisor’s assistance regarding the in-store layout and tested processes.

Furthermore, the franchisor will assist the franchisee in researching and locating the optimum store location. This will include a market- and demographic analysis of the corresponding territory. The franchisor will also assist the franchisee with the interior design of the stores, such as arrangement of the layout by interior designers and planning of the displays in line with Kutchen- haus expectations. The in-store displays will be fitted by a profes- sional showroom fitting team from Germany.
