There’s yet more positive news to share with you this month, with big award wins and anniversary celebrations across the industry. With a lot of signs pointing in the direction of growth for many converting companies worldwide, and with the newly elected Government promising a brighter future for the UK, hopefully we have now turned a corner towards that. In this issue, manufacturers focus on their abilities to cater to their customers’ many needs, from the ‘shop next door’ approach with local offerings, to forming partnerships and providing truly tailored services, and then developing product lines to tempt new orders. A lot of advice is also on offer, with big changes ahead in crucial materials handling and labelling guidlines, emphasising the importance of safety as production levels increase.
