Completely Croatia has started to sell actively through the trade for the first time and has produced a freephone number for agents to help boost bookings. The Croatia specialist, a trading name of Completely Travel, which started eight years ago as a direct- sell tour operator, has also brought out a ‘taster’ brochure featuring destination information but no price panels, and an e-brochure that agents can white-label with their company name. Director Alison Jago, who founded the company, said independent agents had become increasingly interested in selling the operator’s product. She said it was only
fair to offer agents a freephone number to book on. The operator has also produced
a letter in its brochures for agents to send to clients, which encourages them to book through
