Kuoni is introducing its first cruise brochure as it seeks to drive cruise-and-stay bookings this year. The Kuoni Stay & Cruise
programme features sailings with 12 lines including Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Celebrity Cruises, Seabourn and Princess Cruises. Mark Duguid, Kuoni’s commercial and product vice- president, said: “Cruise sales have gone from strength to strength since we introduced the collection almost a year and a half ago. “We’ve done a lot of marketing
activity to introduce our customers to the idea of a cruise holiday, so we felt it was the right time to produce our very first stay-and- cruise collection. “The new brochure is full of
inspirational ideas and has a magazine-style feel with stunning destination pictures, travel news, sample itineraries and places that are best seen from the sea.” The brochure will be racked in
all 35 Kuoni stores, including John Lewis concessions. Roxanne Howard, Kuoni’s cruise
product executive, said she hoped to “notch things up a gear” this

year and boost cruise bookings. “We’ve put a lot of emphasis
on training our staff, including ship visits, educationals and technology training,” she said. “We have now got cruise experts
throughout our retail network who are all confident selling.” Kuoni recently began selling
river cruise products, partnering with APT on European sailings.
