BRUSH UP ON OCCIDENTAL HOTELS’ BEAR NECESSI
Occidental Hotels & Resorts is giving agents the chance to win a teddy bear and limited-edition pen. The first 10 agents to complete the newly revamped
programme during February will win an Occidental Ollie teddy and a pen. The training programme was recently given a complete overhaul to ensure it is packed with the latest information about the company’s resorts. Occidental says the training course will give agents
“a real advantage by knowing the USPs for each property”.
It hopes agents will benefit from lots more detail on the Occidental Grand Xcaret, in Mexico, a top seller in the UK, and the Unlimited Xcaret Xperience, which gives guests unlimited access to the Xcaret park, $980 resort credit and unlimited à la carte dining options.
