Balkan Holidays is bringing out its Winter Ski & Snowboard 2015-16 programme a month early due to an increasing number of enquiries from the trade. The operator hopes the move, which will see the programme launched in February, will lead to an increase in early winter bookings. The brochure features Bulgaria,
