The travel trade’s favourite suppliers were honoured at the Travel Weekly Globe Travel Awards in London last week. The awards, the biggest in the industry’s calendar, are voted for entirely by UK travel agents. The ceremony was hosted by comedian Jack Whitehall and Travel Weekly editor-in-chief Lucy Huxley, with entertainment provided by performers including X-Factor runner-up Fleur East and the RPJ Band. Abta and Sunvil chairman Noel Josephides was honoured with the Outstanding Achievement Award. The biggest victor on the night was triple winner Attraction World, which was named Best Add-ons Provider, Best Trade-friendly Brand and Best Trade Sales Team.

Cruises – all picked up awards, while Travel 2, Brand USA and Crystal Ski Holidays were among the victors.
