C13247 sensor
Hamamatsu Photonics has developed an energy-discriminating radiation line sensor to inspect pipe wall thinning due to corrosion. The sensor features a direct conversion-type semiconductor. The product is available to companies that
provide inspection services to facilities such as petroleum refineries, petrochemical plants, and power plants. In addition, Hamamatsu will offer customisation of the line sensor, such as the sensitivity (pixel size) of the sensor.
