MacPherson is Director of Strategic Projects & Delivery at the
NHS Strategic Projects Team, now hosted by the Greater East Midlands CSU. He was one of the architects of the Friends & Family Test and is working with NHS England on its implementation.
Susie Sanderson is Executive Board Chair for the British Dental Association, Honorary
Treasurer and Board member of the Council of European Dentists and a member of the Board of Medical Education England and its subsidiary Dental Programme Board.
Dr Mike Knapton is Associate Medical Director (Prevention and Care) at the British Heart
Foundation and a part-time GP in Cambridge. He is also a non- executive director at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
