At Six Flags White Water in Georgia, waterpark daredevils are invited to slip into a clear capsule and sand over a trap door ready to plummet more than 100ft into the zero-gravity Dive Bomber waterslide from ProSlide. Six Flags Great Escape, New York, will feature a renovated Buccaneer Beach kids’ area courtesy of the Aquatic Development Group. After adding the big Goliath hybrid coaster this season, Six Flags Great America near Chicago will celebrate 40 years of thrills in 2015 with modest investments including new children’s rides and upgrades to its Carousel Plaza and Hometown Square. Finally, La Ronde, Montreal, Canada, is turning up the fear factor in 2015 with the addition of a year-round walk- though haunted attraction called Maison Rouge – Labyrinth of Fear, designed and built by local company Acmé Services Scéniques.
