Featuring Deep Creek’s 150 Open True F1 Tigerstripe Heifers Deep Creek’s consignment includes 150 fancy reputation open True F1 weaned Tigerstripe heifers. These heifers are sired out of JD Hudgins Brahman bulls and choice Horned Hereford cows. Heifers have had all their shots, ocv and weaned in June. This group of heifers was born last fall and will weigh 600 to 675 pounds. If you want to own a set of heifers that will last you a lifetime, don’t miss this opportunity to be here on the 23th of August. These heifers will be sorted and shaped into uniform groups and will sell at 12 noon as a featured consignment.

This bit of history was given to Ray’s father, Willie Elwood Ray, by a member of the Loving ranching family from Jermyn, where the elder Ray used to run a shoe-shine stand and helped out on the ranch at branding time.
