Fast and Affordable INTERFEROMETRY
SmartWLI technology of GBS, Germany, contains all that manufacturers of micro and high- precision parts might need to obtain and process a 3D surface image at very high vertical resolution (sub nanometre range), but at the same time it doesn’t include anything superfluous that would only increase the price. SmartWLI is not only a very affordable white light interferometer that uses a smart image treatment routine, but it is also one of the fastest in image acquisition and image reconstruction.
The recent redesign has made the instrument even more practical to use, and with its modular design it is upgradeable to include, for example, a motorised XY table for automatic stitching or a special stand for printing roll measurement.
The included very complete and easy-to-operate MountinsMap report generating software has practically no limits in result generation. An example of an often used analysis is the ISO 25178 norm for surface roughness parameters (Sa etc.).
