berth on the 2014 CAT team will be offered a $1,000 incentive to decline their CAT team position. This offer is an effort to maximize USAS Olympic quota winning potential at the CAT champion- ship. The incentive payment is offered only in CAT events where an Olympic quota is available. If a WCH Quota winner de-
clines a CAT team slot in which a Quota slot is available, that slot will be fi lled by the next athlete in the selection ranking. The CAT team will normally be comprised of three athletes in each of the open Olympic events. Juniors are eligible to occupy CAT team po- sitions if they earn a team posi- tion through the open selection process. There will not be a CAT Team for the junior events.

2014 National Junior Olym- pic Shooting Championships (NJOSC) The purpose of the Junior Olympic Shotgun Squad is to
provide coaching and develop- ment assistance to juniors that are just below the National Ju- nior Team level. The Junior Olym- pic Shotgun Squad is funded through donations. The level of support is dependent upon Team size and funding. Members of the Junior
Olympic Shotgun Squad will be selected from third and fourth- place fi nishers specifi ed below at the conclusion of the National Junior Olympic Shotgun Match. Doubled squad positions (slots) are not fi lled in any discipline. Any athlete qualifying for more than one position occupies those positions. Juniors qualify- ing for the Junior Olympic Squad and also qualifying for the NJT will be on the NJT only. Current or past members of
the National Team, National Ju- nior Team or National Develop- ment Team are not eligible for the Squad. Funded or supported camps and/or competitions are dependent upon budget avail- able.
