We turn stumbling blocks into building blocks everyday

The J. D. McCarty Center for children with develop- mental disabilities in Norman is a pediatric rehab hospital. We offer both inpatient and outpatient services for children from birth to age 21.

Since 1946, we have been providing the physical, occupational, speech and lan- guage therapy that our patients need to achieve their highest level of functionality and independence.

When we were fi rst founded, we only treated one diagnosis --- cerebral palsy. Today weʼve treated more than 100 diagnoses in the developmental disability category.

We work everyday with our patients to remove the stumbling blocks in their lives and turn them into building blocks for functionality and independence.
