Recently given a stamp of approval by Xposé’s Glenda Gilson, Ilac is the latest UV polish to hit the gel polish scene.
The difference with this polish is that it can be used as both a one-step gel polish, ideal for those in a hurry, but also as a traditional three-step gel polish system, with a base coat and top gel, for longer-lasting wear.
