Here we are at the start of 2014 with the welcome news from UCAS that total undergraduate applications are up 4%. Students are still atracted, in increasing numbers, to the idea of atending university and see the value of a good degree in the workplace. As the UK economy continues to show signs of recovery across all sectors, today's graduates are looking to bolster their future employability, gaining valuable skills and work experience whilst studying. This issue, we focus on technology and the increasingly fast development of systems and products for the higher education sector. And who beter to test run products than students themselves?
