Customer Relations Executive
At James Villa Holidays, our personal service is something we take immense pride in.
We are looking for an individual with problem solving skills, excellent oral and written communication and a passion for customer service to join our busy Customer Relations department.
%DVHG DW RXU KHDG RI�FH LQ 0DLGVWRQH \RX ZLOO EH PDNLQJ FKDQJHV WR customer’s holidays, advising customers of accommodation changes and amendments to product descriptions. You will deal effectively with a variety of customer enquiries and post departure complaints by phone, post and email.

Experienced in contracting holiday accommodation and services (preferably villas) in Portugal, Spain, Cyprus, Greece, Turkey or France?
Do you have excellent negotiating skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well on all levels particularly with overseas villa owners and agents. Strong commercial awareness and willingness to take ownership and responsibility. Excellent understanding of the marketplace and knowledge of the competition. Good use of IT and associated skills?
