The position will be reporting to the Payroll Manager and working in a team of 3 using the payroll package Resourcelink. Your duties will include processing the monthly payroll, month end reconciliations, financial management reporting, manage HMRC RTI and year-end information. Payroll processing for month end audit, P11ds and submit annual pay settlements. Good Excel skills and strong payroll HMRC knowledge will be essential.

The incumbent will be responsible for leading the payroll department whilst developing new strategies and procedures to ensure deadlines are met and the department meets the needs of a changing organisation.
