The proliferation of corporate policies needed to meet the demands of BYOD and Big Data are creating major headaches for IT decision makers. CIOs, IT managers and IT directors are under increasing pressure to deliver revenue streams and operational efficiency, with the burden of headcount and budget restrictions. As a result, Managed Services – whereby IT tasks are managed by an external company – are increasingly entering the IT buying conversation.
