graduated from Swarth - more in May and land- ed a teaching job. Son Jonathan completed graduate work in agro - ecology and is doing urban farming. Son Andrew, working on his doctorate in Germanic studies at In - diana University, was married in May. Wendy is remodeling her condo in Bos - ton, MA, and plans to move there from Connecticut permanently. Laura Lasker loves teaching high school

art in Woodbury, CT, where she continues to learn along with her students. Last year she launched a dog-portrait Web site, bowwowportraits.com. She is also an avid tango dancer and new grandma to Ty. She is in frequent contact with good friend Laura Freid, whom she met freshman year at Moore dining hall on the old campus. Lisa Lee Siu is busy with the PR and advertising firm Lee Wolter Co., which she founded and runs. Based in Hong Kong, she travels regularly to London and NYC. In March she enjoyed hosting Presi - dent and Mrs. Glotzbach and staff mem- ber John Chaplin for lunch in Hong Kong, where she is pleased to see an increase in the Skidmore alumni club’s activities. Donna Andres enjoyed her first winter

as a “snowbird” in Vero Beach FL. She met several Skidmore alums at two re - gion al alumni functions and had a won- derful time, although she was the youn - gest alumna there! She also met seven Skidmore students, in Vero on spring break and volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, and she invited them to a club event with Ron Seyb, Palamountain Pro - fessor of Government. His talk stimulated much conversation over politics in Wash - ington. Donna was proud that such a won derful group of students would de - vote their spring break to build houses for Habitat! Patti Brennan misses trekking to Skid - more now that daughters Laura ’10 and Kathy ’12 have graduated. Laura is in the last year of a three-year dual master’s pro- gram at Widener University. Kathy is painting and building up her portfolio, visiting schools with MFA programs, and working in a design boutique. Patti’s hus- band, Lou, is a senior faculty member at Villanova Law School. Patti practices law in West Chester, PA, and is doing more probate work. She hopes to see Sheila Cowan Gins and Allison Freeman Ulmer at Reunion 2014. Loving retirement, Marion Brewer en -

joys substitute teaching and, at the end of the day, walks out the door knowing she is able to travel around the world! She took a Baltic cruise and a Colorado River float this summer before visiting New Zealand. Janet Dawson Dwyer was a proud mom as daughter Leanne ’13 graduated summa cum laude from Skidmore! Leanne won the Lynne Gelber Prize in French and hopes to work in the study-abroad field. Jean Integlia Travis is the proud owner

and operator of Eat Good Food, a popular food-truck and catering business in the Saratoga area. On Facebook, search for Eatgoodfoodforlife for a calendar of events. Husband John is the master chef, while son Ben is the master gardener, who, with daughter Alex’s help, supplies the business with fresh produce from his one-acre farm on the family’s property. The family also supports farmers’ markets to use local, fresh, and seasonal products. They offer year-round catering and by April start cooking for local festivals, weddings, and graduations, staying busy through fall with fundraisers for the Double H Ranch, car shows, and horse shows. Jean says it’s hard work but much more fun than the brick-and-mortar res - taurant experience. Last winter she had a mini-reunion with Molly Bennett Lane and Janis MacKinnon Buckelew ’73 at Janis’s Stratton Mountain home in Ver - mont; of course, they agreed that they all look as if no time had passed since Skid more days! They would like to get the entire Moore Hall crew together later this year. REGINA N. CARBON 706 BOUNTY DRIVE, #603 FOSTER CITY, CA 94404-2609 RCARBON14@GMAIL.COM
